I bring a mindful and balanced approach to the mat, combining strength and resilience with stillness and introspection. My teaching is deeply rooted in the transformative power of yoga, aiming to guide students toward greater connection, clarity, and confidence both on and off the mat.

Incorporating elements of dynamic Vinyasa flows and the meditative stillness of Yin Yoga, my classes encourage mindfulness, self-discovery, and restoration. Through thoughtful sequencing and just the right amount of challenge, my goal is to empower students to uncover their full potential, foster resilience, and create space for growth—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

You can find me teaching regular public classes at SlowLane Yoga in Moonee Ponds, VIC.

I will also be one of the facilitators for SlowLane Yoga’s 200-Hour Teacher Training program in May 2025.
